• Bitcast accepts no liability for any actions taken by the creator or third parties in relation to their YouTube account.

• Creators are fully responsible for complying with YouTube's policies, community guidelines, and monetization rules.

3. No Guarantee of Rewards or Earnings

Participation in the Bitcast ecosystem does not guarantee any financial payment or incentive.

• Bitcast does not facilitate, manage, or distribute payments to creators.

• Any emission-based rewards, incentives, or opportunities referenced on the platform are subject to change, discretion, and independent third-party validation.

• Bitcast accepts no liability for missed earnings, payment disputes, or monetization outcomes.

4. Limitation of Liability

Bitcast shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or disruptions arising from:

• The use or misuse of Bitcast tools or services

• Platform downtime or technical issues

• Creator account suspensions, strikes, demonetization, or bans on third-party platforms like YouTube

Users engage with Bitcast at their own risk and discretion.

5. Modifications

Bitcast reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Content Usage Rights

By participating in the Bitcast Network and submitting content in response to a published brief, you (the creator) grant Bitcast and the associated brief sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

1. Use, share, and promote your submitted content (in full or in part) across social media platforms, websites, and other promotional or marketing channels;

2. Republish or repost your content on the sponsor’s and/or Bitcast’s official channels;

3. Use excerpts, stills, or edited segments for advertising, case studies, or promotional compilations related to the Bitcast protocol or the sponsor's campaign.

This usage right applies for the lifetime of the content and does not entitle the creator to additional compensation beyond the emissions and rewards already earned through the protocol.

You retain full ownership of your content and may use or monetize it freely outside the above stated usage.
